Cooking Methods

OVEN BAKE
For best results cook from frozen. To Oven Bake (timing based on a fan assisted oven). Pre-heat the oven to 230oC, place the fillets on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Always ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving. All cooking appliances vary so the above time and temperature are intended to be used as a guideline only.
