Cooking Methods
- DEEP FRY
- Pre-heat the oil to 180°C and fry for about 6 - 7 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Drain well before serving.
- OVEN BAKE
- Pre-heat the oven to 230°C and bake, in the upper part of the oven, for about 2- - 25 minutes.
- SHALLOW FRY
- Pre-heat a little oil over a medium heat and fry for about 8 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
