Cooking Methods

DEEP FRY
Pre-heat the oil to 180°C and fry for about 5 - 6 minutes. Drain well before serving.
GRILL
Grill under a medium heat for about 8 - 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
OVEN BAKE
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20 - 22 minutes.
