Cooking Methods
- DEEP FRY
- Pre-heat the oil to 180°C and fry for about 5 - 6 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Drain well before serving.
- GRILL
- Grill under a medium heat for about 12 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
- OVEN BAKE
- Pre-heat the oven to 230°C and bake on a baking tray in the upper part of the oven for about 20 - 22 minutes.
- SHALLOW FRY
- Pre-heat a little oil over a medium heat and fry for about 8 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
