Cooking Methods
- DEEP FRY
- Pre-heat the oil to 180ºc and fry for about 5 – 6 minutes. Drain well before serving.
- OVEN BAKE
- Pre-heat the oven to 230ºc. Arrange the fishcakes on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20 – 25 minutes.
- SHALLOW FRY
- Pre-heat a little oil in a fry pan and gently fry over a medium heat for about 8 – 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
