Cooking Methods
- DEEP FRY
- Pre-heat the oil to 180oc the fry for about 4 - 5 minutes. Drain Well before serving.
- OVEN BAKE
- Pre-heat the oven to 220oc and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 18 - 20 minutes.
- SHALLOW FRY
- Shallow fry over a medium heat for about 8 - 10 minutes, turn occasionall. Drain well before serving.
