Cooking Methods
- DEEP FRY
- Pre-heat oil to 180oc and fry for about 3 - 4 minutes until crisp and golden-brown. Drain well before serving.
- GRILL
- Grill under a medium to high heat for about 10 - 12 minutes, turnign occasionally.
- OVEN BAKE
- Pre-heat oven to 230oc and bake on a baking tray in the upper part of the oven for about 12 - 15 minutes.
- SHALLOW FRY
- Pre-heat a little oil over a medium heat and fry for about 5 - 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
