Cooking Methods

DEEP FRY
Pre-heat the oil to 180°C then fry for about 4 - 5 minutes. Drain well before serving.
OVEN BAKE
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 18 - 20 minutes.
SHALLOW FRY
Shallow fry over a medium for about 8 - 10 minutes, turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.
