A new chapter unfolds at a leading UK seafood supplier based in Hull as the next generation steps forward to lead the company with a shared vision of innovation, growth, and continued success.

Founded over 100 years ago, Seafish UK LTD has been a cornerstone in the frozen seafood industry, supplying to major retail chains, as well as the education and health and social care sectors.

Siblings Emma Acklam, Robert and Andrew Carter have assumed key leadership roles on the Board of Directors, solidifying their commitment to upholding the values and legacy that their father Bob, and the company’s visionary founder, instilled.

Bob, who spearheaded Seafish UK from its inception, expressed unwavering confidence in the new leadership. He said: “I am immensely proud to see my children take the reins of Seafish UK. They have grown up steeped in the values that underpin our success, and I have full faith in their ability to steer the company toward new heights.”

Under the new leadership, Seafish UK will continue to prioritise quality, affordability and sustainability products. Additionally, Emma is dedicated to modernising operations and expanding the company’s reach through strategic partnerships and digital innovation.

The first major change has been an exciting rebrand and overhaul of the company’s headquarters on Wassand Street, Hull. The comprehensive transformation encompasses a new logo, website, marketing collateral, signage, uniforms and a transportable mini kitchen for tradeshows.

Emma Acklam, Sales and Marketing Director, said: “Our refreshed brand identity marks a significant milestone for Seafish UK.
