Sustainable fishing is a dominant concern of Seafish UK. We aim to make certain that our product originates from sources that are constantly monitored in order to keep fish stocks at sustainable levels.
The wellbeing and stability of the world’s seas and oceans is paramount to foster an ecologically clean and stable planet, with responsible fishing practices playing a major role.
Seafish UK has measures in place which allow us to trace exactly where each individual product we produce has originated. This gives us the ability to maintain our own strict checks on the sources we use, all of which are guaranteed as sustainable.

SUPPLIERS
As part of our devotion to the ocean, we only work with accredited suppliers who practice sustainable fishing and get their seafood from sustainable sources.
Our suppliers are leaders in their field of manufacture, and we have worked in partnership with most of our suppliers for many years now. Together we have a track record and a ‘knack’ of developing ingredients and products that meet our customers’ requirements and exceeds their expectations.
In addition to developing ingredients which match a product brief, the research and development departments of our suppliers are also continually developing ‘blue sky’ products and novel ingredients which they present to use on a regular basis, ensuring we remain at the forefront of new ingredients and technologies.
