It’s back to business as usual this week at Seafish UK after a lovely break for the festivities. The team is feeling refreshed and raring to go for another busy and exciting year, and we’re starting as we mean to go on with an action-packed week finalising a significant number of new product launches in the first quarter of the year – starting with the official launch of Nanna Carters.

The Nanna Carters Range will initially be available in the food service sector. Products include the UK Sourced Spicy Crab Cake, the Battered MSC Haddock Fillet Burger and a new Vegetable and Cheddar Cheese Crisp Bake.

There are also four other fantastic fishcake flavour profiles going into the range; smoked haddock, mozzarella and spring onion; smoked cod, bacon and brie; traditional cod and Thai salmon.
