Emma Acklam and Sarah Hill were all set up and ready to welcome customers at this year’s Bidfood UK BIG Food and Drink Show 2025 in Nottingham.

Visitors had the chance to sample some of Seafish UK’s finest products, including the award-winning

Nanna Carter’s Battered MSC Haddock Fillet Burger and Ocean Bistro Beer Battered MSC Cod Fillet Goujons 🐟🍻 — both firm favourites among caterers and chefs alike.

Also on offer was the Premium Selection MSC Lemon and Pepper Yellowfin Sole Fillet showcasing Seafish UK’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavour.

It was a fantastic day connecting with customers, sharing great food, and celebrating innovation across the foodservice industry.
