The Seafish UK team attended the Country Range Group’s annual autumn MTM Day at Doncaster Racecourse, where they proudly showcased a selection of premium, sustainably sourced seafood products.

Visitors had the opportunity to sample an array of dishes, including Battered MSC Pollock Fillets, Breaded MSC Mini Pollock Fishfingers, Battered MSC Jumbo Pollock Fishfingers, Spicy Cromer Crab Cakes, Lemon and Pepper MSC Yellowfin Sole, and MSC Smoked Haddock, Spring Onion and Mozzarella Fishcakes.

The team also presented Seafish UK’s award-winning favourites, featuring the Ocean Bistro Beer Battered MSC Cod Fillet Goujons and the Nanna Carters Battered MSC Haddock Fillet Burger.

Adding to the excitement, Seafish UK introduced two new products to the popular Nanna Carters range — the MSC Cod Seastar and MSC Salmon Seastar — both receiving fantastic feedback from attendees.
